How to Apply

Application for membership to the DMA is easy.

Fill out this form:  AFM Application (fillable)

And return it either as an email attachment to:  membership@denvermusicians.org

or by snail mail to:

Your application will be reviewed promptly according to DMA Executive Board Policy.

You will receive an email informing you of the status of your application and then an invoice for:

  • Local Initiation Fee – $50; plus
  • Federation Initiation Fee – $65 (only if new member); plus
  • Membership Dues are $43.50 Quarterly, $87.00 Biannually, or $174.00 Annually.

Your membership begins immediately upon the successful completion of these steps.
