“If writing were your only form of communication and you had to steal a pencil in order to say what you needed to say…”
Hosted by our friends at the Lighthouse Writers Workshop, this artful and creative Saturday morning letter-writing event introduces the story of Opera Colorado’s upcoming world premiere, “Steal a Pencil for Me.” Opening this January, “Steal a Pencil for Me” is based on the book by Jaap and Ina Polak, and their true story of love that blossomed during their imprisonment at the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp.
Get insider info on this upcoming production, hear musical excerpts from the Opera Colorado Young Artists and rediscover the intimate art of letter writing, with the chance to have your work displayed at the “Steal a Pencil for Me” Final Dress Rehearsal in January!
*****Space is limited for this free workshop, and RSVPs are required.*****
